Dog Experience

Though I had little experience with dogs other than my own,  I was determined to work with them. I got a job at a dog daycare, and I knew immediately it was going to be a good fit.  I have learned a lot at doggy daycare.  Every day I am able to understand more and more about how these animals think and behave with humans and with each other. Working there has confirmed for me the joy I feel when I have the privilege of being with dogs.  I board dogs in my home, sometimes up to 4 at a time - I just can't get enough! Now, I can confidently say that through my work as a trainer and a dog socialization specialist I make it my goal to provide exceptional care on a daily (and nightly!) basis.

A Little About Us:

We both have dogs, one big, one small, but we love them all, and we can't wait to meet your canine friend!

My Training Style

I have always had an interest in working with dogs, and I am passionate about being a trainer. I recieved my training from the International Academy of Canine Trainers. I am confident in my ability to train your puppy and teach it the obedience skills necessary for him/her to be a well mannered dog that you can enjoy and be proud of. I believe in using positive reinforcement tactics. By using praise and treats, you and your dog get the best results. Training should be a fun, positive learning experience not only for you as a dog owner, but also for your dog!

Dog Experience

Some of my earliest memories are of playing with my family dogs. The happiest moments in my life have included dogs and being surround by their unconditional love. Ever since my teenage years I've been dog sitting for friends and neighbours. Now, I professionally care for dogs big and small! I offer walks, boarding, and day care services to all breeds and sizes. My passion is to enrich the lives of Vancouver's doggy community through positive socializing experiences.
